BeastBorn Factions Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how Little Gary Games, a studio of LogiNestForge ("we", "us"), handles personal data when you play BeastBorn Factions (the "game"). It applies under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
LogiNestForge is the controller for personal data processed through the game. You can contact us at support@loginestforge.uk.
What data we collect
Data stored only on your device
Your save — player name, faction, avatar, beasts, squads, Bestiary progress, reputation, inventory and arena — and your settings are stored on your device. They are never sent to us and there's no cloud backup.
Camera and scanning
The game asks for camera permission to scan barcodes and QR codes. Codes are read on your device and turned into an encounter; the code itself is never stored or uploaded, and no photos or video are saved.
Optional Google sign-in
If you choose Continue with Google, Google confirms who you are and our sign-in provider, Firebase Authentication, creates an account record holding your Firebase user ID and the Google account details it receives (such as your name and email address). The game keeps the user ID and a display name on your device to link your save to that account. Sign-in is never required to play.
Analytics and advertising ID
The game doesn't show adverts, and our own code doesn't collect analytics. Google sign-in uses Firebase, whose Android libraries include Google's Firebase Analytics component and the permission to read your device's advertising ID. Google Analytics is switched off for our Firebase project and we don't use these to track you or for advertising.
How we use it and our lawful basis
- To let you sign in and link your save to your Google account — contract.
- To make the game work securely — legitimate interests.
Third-party services

Children
BeastBorn Factions is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has signed in, email us and we'll delete the account.
How long we keep it
Your save stays on your device until you uninstall the game or clear its data. If you signed in, your account record is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your sign-in account at any time using our account deletion page or by emailing support@loginestforge.uk. Uninstalling the game removes your save from the device but doesn't delete a sign-in account.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@loginestforge.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the game changes the way it handles personal data — for example if we add cloud saves, purchases or online play. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
