You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Services by any third party. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account, including keeping your credentials confidential.

Some parts of the Services require an account or licence. We may suspend or remove access if these Terms are breached, if activity risks the security or integrity of the Services, or if required by law.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by LogiNestForge or its licensors and protected under UK and international IP law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted within the Services.

5. Customer content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services on your behalf.

6. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for those platforms, their content, or their availability. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's terms.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Services available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, upstream incidents, or events outside our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.

8. Warranties and liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.
