The creatures are already here

The world was ordinary until, a few years ago, beasts began appearing in everyday places — shops, bars, bus stops. Some are friendly. Some attack without warning. Most people capture and train them as a hobby; a few hunt them for power. What will you do?

In BeastBorn Factions the barcodes and QR codes all around you hide creatures. Scan one and see what's inside: the same code always reveals the same beast, so the cereal box in your cupboard and the poster at the station each have their own encounter waiting.

Choose your faction

Join one of four rival factions, each with its own home, arena and reputation:

• Nature — Verdant Stride. Balance seekers protecting nature's harmony.
• Light — Golden Oath. Defenders of light and unity.
• Dark — Demon Core. Driven by passion and battle instinct.
• Tech — Tech Strategists. Strategists who value order and knowledge.

Pick your look, name yourself and choose one of four starter beasts: Lumblob, Umbblob, Mucklett or Nanoblob.

Battle, capture, build

Fight turn-based battles with a squad of up to three. Speed decides who moves first, and type match-ups (Light beats Dark beats Nature beats Tech beats Light) and dozens of status effects reward a smart team. Knock out a wild beast and you get one chance to capture it, or you can let it go.

Fill your Bestiary of 84 species, level up your beasts and follow their evolution lines. Back home, gather Light, Dark, Wild and Tech materials in the Faction Workshop to craft structures and design your own arena, then test it against copies of your own defenders.
