Delete your Trainer's Day account

You can ask us to delete your Trainer's Day account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Fill in the form below, or email Support@Loginestforge.uk from the address on your account.
What happens next
- We'll email the address on the account to confirm it's yours. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.
- Once confirmed, we delete your account and its data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. You need to request it here.
What is deleted and what we keep
In the app: More › Delete account, then confirm with Google. This removes your profile and every client, booking, questionnaire, session record, programme and template from our servers, then signs you out and clears the copy on your phone.
What we keep: nothing. Google Play keeps its own records of any Pro purchase. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription, so cancel it in Google Play as well.
Requests made by email or on this page are completed within 30 days.
