Delete your Strongerbound account

You can ask us to delete your Strongerbound account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Fill in the form below, or email Support@Loginestforge.uk from the address on your account.
What happens next
- We'll email the address on the account to confirm it's yours. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.
- Once confirmed, we delete your account and its data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. You need to request it here.
What is deleted and what we keep
Friends account (server data): in the app, Settings › Friends account › Delete my friends account and shared data. This deletes your nickname, the challenges, parties and club memberships you're in, everything you shared with them, and your sign-in account.
Data on your phone: Settings › Your data › Delete all my data clears your activities, food journal, drinks, goals and companion from the device.
What we keep: records of purchases made through Google Play are kept, but unlinked from your account. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription, so cancel it in Google Play as well.
Requests made on this page or by email are completed within 30 days.
