Tactics of the Fractured Eternity Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This privacy policy explains how Little Gary Games, a studio of LogiNestForge ("we", "us"), handles personal data when you play Tactics of the Fractured Eternity (the "game"). It applies under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
LogiNestForge is the controller for any personal data processed through the game. You can contact us at support@loginestforge.uk.
What data we collect
The current version of the game doesn't collect personal data. There's no account, sign-in, multiplayer, chat, advertising, analytics or in-app purchase.
- Data stored only on your device: your save — the team name you type, your faction, heroes, equipment and campaign progress — and your settings (such as audio and battle speed). This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Engine statistics: the game is built with the Unity engine, which may send anonymous technical information about your device (such as model, operating system and graphics capabilities) to Unity Technologies to help improve the engine. It doesn't include your save or anything that identifies you. Unity privacy policy
Planned features
We plan to add optional Google Play Games sign-in (for cloud saves and achievements) and optional in-app purchases. They aren't in the game yet. We'll update this policy before either is released, explaining exactly what data they use.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and it doesn't knowingly collect personal data from anyone.
How long we keep it
Your save stays on your device until you erase it or uninstall the game. We don't hold a copy.
Deleting your data
Use Settings › Data › Erase profile to delete your save, or uninstall the game. Because we don't hold any of your data on our servers, there's no account to delete.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, and to data portability. If you have any questions, email support@loginestforge.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the game changes the way it handles personal data. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
