Delete your Legends in Motion account

You can ask us to delete your Legends in Motion account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Fill in the form below, or email Support@Loginestforge.uk from the address on your account.
What happens next
- We'll email the address on the account to confirm it's yours. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.
- Once confirmed, we delete your account and its data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
- Uninstalling the game does not delete your account. You need to request it here.
What is deleted and what we keep
Deleting your Legends in Motion account removes your sign-in identity, character, inventory, XP, quests, achievements, medals, your saved map and last map position, trail progress and group memberships from our server.
School and club pupils: accounts created from a group code or pass are deleted automatically when the organisation's retention period ends. A parent or pupil can also ask the group leader, or us, to delete them sooner.
On your phone: signing out on a shared device removes the local map and cache. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on the phone.
We complete requests within 30 days.
